Automatic Grease Dispensing Machine
The NSP automatic grease dispensing machine uses an in-line vision-guided platform and PLC control to apply lubricant precisely to planetary, harmonic and RV cycloidal reducers and joint modules.
Why Choose the NSP Automatic Grease Dispensing Machine?
In-Line Vision Guidance
CCD vision and +/-0.01 mm positioning accuracy place grease exactly where each assembly needs it, cycle after cycle.
Full Process Control
PLC logic control plus the NSP system monitor, record and analyse every dispensing cycle, with MES connectivity for factory-wide traceability.
Fast, Repeatable Cycles
A 2-4 second cycle time and travel speed up to 200 mm/s keep high-volume reducer and joint module production moving.
Automated Lubrication for Robot Reducers
The automatic grease dispensing machine is built for in-line lubrication of humanoid robot planetary, harmonic and RV cycloidal reducers, joint modules and other precision assemblies that demand consistent grease placement.
